for Pakistan Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "uwin33" means the online casino and sportsbook platform operated under the domain uwin33.bingo and all associated services, products and features made available to registered players.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the uwin33 platform, identified by a unique username and associated with a verified Pakistani identity and PKR balance.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account with uwin33 or who accesses the uwin33 platform for any purpose.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the uwin33 platform for Pakistan players.
• "Platform" means the uwin33 website accessible at uwin33.bingo, including all game lobbies, account dashboards, cashier functions and customer support interfaces.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, reload bonus or other incentive made available by uwin33 to eligible Players, subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through on eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal from a uwin33 account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that uwin33 requires all Players to complete before large withdrawals are processed.

References to singular terms include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause. These Terms & Conditions are written in English; in the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To open and maintain an Account with uwin33, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age;
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated registrations are strictly prohibited;
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is illegal or restricted;
4. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid Pakistani contact details;
5. You must not already hold an existing uwin33 Account — only one Account per person (as determined by CNIC number, device, IP address or payment method) is permitted;
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an uwin33 employee.

uwin33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration is free and carries no registration fee for Pakistan players. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated in this clause.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your uwin33 Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

uwin33 strongly recommends that all Pakistan players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts as a preventative security measure. 2FA requires a one-time code in addition to your password at each login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access to your Account and PKR balance.

• You must notify uwin33 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• uwin33 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• uwin33 staff will never ask you for your password — any request for your password should be treated as a fraudulent contact and reported immediately;
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your uwin33 Account, whether authorised by you or not, until such time as you notify uwin33 of any suspected breach.

uwin33 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that shows signs of compromise, unusual access patterns or activity inconsistent with the Account holder's established behaviour profile, pending identity verification.

uwin33 accepts PKR deposits from Pakistan players via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20. All deposits to uwin33 Pakistan accounts are denominated in and credited in PKR.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your uwin33 Account:

• You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name — uwin33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources;
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the uwin33 cashier for each individual payment method and may be updated from time to time;

You may request a withdrawal of your available uwin33 Account balance to any verified payment method registered to your Account, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the uwin33 cashier at any time.

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the uwin33 payments team within standard review windows — Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes during business hours;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method already registered to the Account;

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal;

Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of offer. These general bonus terms apply to all uwin33 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus must be played through on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion;
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your uwin33 Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or spin. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided;

• Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate or linked accounts.

uwin33 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose Account information, transaction records and communications where required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory direction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the uwin33 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or republish any uwin33 content without express written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on uwin33 software, game content or platform design;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright notice, trademark or other proprietary marking on the uwin33 platform;
• Use the uwin33 brand name or logo in any manner that could create confusion or imply an unauthorised association with uwin33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uwin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the uwin33 platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of PKR winnings due to technical failures outside uwin33's reasonable control, or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

uwin33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. uwin33 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

uwin33's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total PKR deposits made by that Player to their uwin33 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage and use of personal data provided by Pakistan players in connection with their uwin33 Accounts is governed by the uwin33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm your acceptance of the uwin33 Privacy Policy in its current form.

uwin33 collects personal data — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details and gaming activity records — for the purposes of Account administration, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support and improving the uwin33 platform. This data is not sold to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. uwin33 operates under the jurisdiction applicable to its operating entity and complies with all relevant regulatory requirements governing online gaming services.

In the event of a dispute between you and uwin33, you should first contact the uwin33 support team to seek an informal resolution. uwin33 is committed to addressing all Player complaints promptly, fairly and in accordance with these Terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal support process, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to the uwin33 compliance team at the contact email address provided on the platform. uwin33 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 days.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and uwin33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
